Veirox
PagerDuty Incidents V3

Every PagerDuty incident gets
an AI investigator.

When a PagerDuty incident fires, Veirox runs your AI on it in parallel with the human on-call — gathering context, drafting the incident summary, and ready with a remediation plan by the time someone picks up.

V3 webhooks

Event-filtered, not spammed

Subscribe only to the events you want — triggered, acknowledged, resolved, escalated. Veirox handles the rest.

Works with your on-call

Parallel investigation

Veirox doesn't replace the human — it front-loads the investigation so the on-call engineer arrives to a triaged incident.

Audited

Every session in the record

Link the incident ID to the Veirox session for post-mortem. Full transcript, every tool call, token-level replay.

Setup · 3 steps

From "incident fires" to "agent running" in under a minute.

1

Create the webhook in Veirox

Open /console/webhooks → configure a PagerDuty webhook. Optionally attach the starter triage task.

2

Add a V3 webhook integration

PagerDuty → Service → Integrations → + Add Integration → pick Webhook V3.

Webhook URL: https://ops.example.com/api/webhooks/<task_id>
Custom headers: X-Webhook-Token: <webhook-token>
Events: incident.triggered, incident.acknowledged,
                 incident.resolved, incident.escalated
3

Trigger a test incident

PagerDuty's "Test integration" fires a synthetic incident.triggered. Watch the live waiting card in Veirox flip to green — session id links straight into the SDK transcript.

Run AI on every incident.
